Michael has more than 25 years experience advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of employment law and human resources strategy. The majority of his time is spent advising on the employment law aspects of projects involving outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions and PFI/PPP.
Michael is a well known speaker and writer on employment law issues. His extensive bibliography includes "TUPE: Law and Practice"; "Employment Law Aspects of M&A"; and, with Ed Goodwyn, "Employment Law for the Construction Industry".
