Michael is a Partner and advises on major construction and energy projects, specialising in project management (as project counsel) and international dispute resolution, with particular knowledge of the FIDIC form of contract.
Michael has advised and acted as advocate for owners and contractors on many projects around the world, including the Middle East, India, Asia and throughout Europe. Michael has recently worked on major power projects in Saudi Arabia and Spain, a hotel in Eastern Europe, a rail project in South East Asia, the Delhi Metro in India and a large hospital in Jordan.
