Neil is a Partner with extensive experience of advising on all aspects of UK employment law both contentious and non-contentious. He is a seasoned tribunal advocate.
Neil has particular focus on TUPE, executive severance arrangements and multiple redundancies. He is also experienced in advising in respect of large scale changes to terms and conditions of employment and post-acquisition HR integration. He acts for a wide range of clients but with particular focus upon the manufacturing and construction sectors.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Neil was employed in a non-legal role with a major US automotive company. This in turn lends a pragmatic and commercial edge to his advice.
