Nick is a partner with 25 years’ experience in the insolvency industry. He undertakes advisory work for banks, financial institutions, companies and directors on all issues arising out of the restructuring of distressed business. He has been retained by a number of boards of directors to advise them on their duties in some of the highest profile and complex assignments.
Nick also acts for UK and international insolvency practitioners in investigation and asset tracing work , with a particular specialism in cross-border cases. He frequently advises stakeholders on the recovery of dissipated assets throughout the world and has considerable experience of the investigatory powers of international insolvency processes.
Nick is a frequent lecturer at industry conferences and a regular contributor to restructuring periodicals. He is a member of the editorial board of Finance and Credit Law.
