Nigel is a partner specialising in transactional construction. He acts for a wide variety of contractors, employers and developers in relation to a variety of major construction projects including schools, university accommodation, distribution centres and road and motorway widening schemes.
Nigel drafts and advises upon amendments to the major standard form of contracts and has experience of negotiating bespoke construction documentation.
