Nigel is a Partner specialising in resolving disputes for listed and institutional businesses – in the UK and internationally – he has significant experience of complex M&A disputes / warranty claims, trade and investor disputes, as well as FSA regulatory issues.
A qualified Mediator, Nigel is an expert in injunctions and emergency orders and acts as a Court appointed Supervisor of Search and Seize Orders.
He has led the development of Pinsent Masons' award winning ‘Reaching Solutions’ approach to dispute resolution. The communication, through decision trees, of quantum and strategic options adds value and optimises our service.
