Patrick is a partner specialising in PPP and other complex infrastructure projects. He has a well established track record of assisting procuring authorities, contractors and financial institutions to deliver across a range of sectors. These include stadium development, housing, health, transport and education projects in the UK and overseas. He provides to clients the benefit of his extensive experience particularly in procurement and financing.
Currently Patrick is advising the preferred bidder on the Greater Manchester Waste Disposal Authority project, the largest waste project in Europe and a major local authority on the development of a large multi use leisure arena.
