Paul has particular experience of cross-border projects, including corporate simplification/legal entity reduction projects and fund structures, often in the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors. He regularly works with FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies, infrastructure funds and real estate funds.
Paul is a contributor to the LexisNexis online resources on transfer pricing, and regularly contributes to other publications such as the Financial Times, the Tax Journal, Estates Review and Butterworths Journal of International Banking & Financial Law.
