He specialises in helping corporate clients with large property portfolios – advising on acquisitions, disposals, development, management and the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals. Richard’s clients include distributors, manufacturers, retailers and professional services suppliers.
Richard also acts for a number of property investment clients on acquisitions and asset management. Clients include Morley Fund Management, London & Associated Properties PLC and Valad Property Group.
