Richard Slaven is a Partner and commercial litigator specialising in dispute resolutions. Richard has a wealth of litigation experience across the whole spectrum of corporate and contractual disputes, particularly in the financial services sector and the manufacturing sector. He has considerable experience of litigation in all Courts and a track record of successful mediations.
The bulk of Richard’s time is spent supporting and working alongside in-house legal teams of large Corporate entities - he is client relationship partner for FTSE 100/Euro 200 companies - for whom he undertakes business critical litigation.
