Qualified in England & Wales, Richard has particular experience in the Energy, Technology and Public sectors, where he represents clients from around the globe in international arbitration (where he acts as advocate), High Court litigation and in regulatory matters.
Recent examples of Richard’s work include major disputes relating to IT projects, international trade, supply of goods, shareholder disputes and regulatory actions on behalf of pension fund Trustees in some of our clients’ most significant disputes. Richard also regularly represents clients in mediation and advises on dispute avoidance strategies.
