Rob helped to establish Pinsent Masons’ Hong Kong practice. He has international experience in handling computer, telecoms and technology based disputes, ranging from hardware and software procurement issues to project management, IT product liability, intellectual property and outsourcing. His recent clients have included ICL Pathway, George Fischer Ltd, Channel Tunnel, a subsidiary of BT, a major IT supplier, Wessex Integrated Systems Ltd/CFM, HM Revenue and Customs and Fujitsu Services.
Rob lectures widely on IT project management and dispute resolution, both externally and as part of clients’ internal training programmes.
