Robert is a Partner based in London with 15 years’ experience advising on mergers & acquisitions, disposals, public takeovers, IPOs and secondary issues (LSE Main Market and AIM), joint ventures, strategic investments and venture capital, reorganisations and outsourcing.
Robert works with public and private companies, investors, entrepreneurs, banks and other institutions. Many of Robert’s transactions have an international or cross-border element, including assisting US clients with their transactions and operations abroad.
He focuses on the energy and resources, technology (including cleantech), manufacturing and real estate sectors. One of Robert's recent transactions won the Renewable Energy Transaction of the Year award at the Renewable Energy Infrastructure Awards 2011.
Robert contributed several chapters to the revised edition of ‘Floating Your Company’ and is a regular speaker on corporate law matters.
