Sam is a Partner who joined Pinsent Masons in 2004. He provides project advice to clients in relation to large-scale infrastructure developments in the UK and abroad. Sam has a depth of knowledge and experience particularly in relation to projects in the road and rail sectors. Sam also advises clients in the resolution of disputes and is experienced in negotiations, adjudications, mediations, arbitrations and Court proceedings. He is expert in relation to the NEC, FIDIC and JCT forms of contract.
