Sara is a partner who specialises in a range of contentious and non contentious employment work. She has considerable experience of advising on large scale redundancy programmes; changing terms and conditions and on the employment implications of share and/or business purchases/disposals and outsourcing including advice in relation to TUPE, and advising/representing clients in unfair dismissal, discrimination and other tribunal claims.
Sara is actively involved in public speaking on HR related matters. She also delivers bespoke client training to HR professionals and line managers. She has contributed to articles on employment law issues to several well-known publications. She also contributed to Working Time: Law and Practice (Sweet and Maxwell).
