About Selwyn

Selwyn is a Partner with broad experience in all areas of employment law.  His particular areas of interest are training HR and line managers on key issues such as managing absence, disciplinary and grievance processes, TUPE and managing employment tribunal cases; and discrimination law, with particular expertise in the complex field of disability discrimination.

Selwyn focuses on the preparation and delivery of client training as head of the Employment Group's National Employment Training Team.

He also heads up the Group's equality and diversity services, delivering equality related training products, and commenting on diversity related issues in the HR Press.
