Simon is a partner who specialises in non-contentious IT project work. He advises both suppliers and customers on global and national IT outsourcing projects and systems development contracts.
Simon's experience spans public/private companies and public sector bodies, regularly advising the latter on the legal implications of the EU public procurement regulations. He has also been involved in the working group set up by the Office of Government Commerce to develop advice on IT procurement contracts.
The Legal 500 2007 states that Simon is "well regarded", with "excellent judgement".
