Siobhan is a Partner who advises on property related disputes of all kinds whether arising from land use, ownership, occupation or redevelopment including on all aspects of landlord and tenant law. She has acted for a wide range of clients and her expertise is recognised in the leading directories. As well as advising on property disputes she works with her clients to anticipate and avoid disputes.
She advised the successful parties in recent groundbreaking cases concerning landlords' remedies for unlawful subletting and in respect of landlords' costs following the 2004 amendments to the business premises Security of Tenure legislation.
She has acted for BAA Plc and other land owners in connection with the Communications Code.
