Stephen is a Partner with over 25 years' experience in the commercial property field covering a wide range of real estate issues, including property investment, portfolio management, secured lending, insolvency and landlord and tenant matters.
He leads the firm's relationship on real estate matters with a number of major clients and has particular expertise in the acquisition, development and disposal of enterprise zone properties and the mechanics of enterprise zone trusts and also advising Universities on real estate matters.
