Susan is a Partner specialising in pensions and helps household name PLCs, trustees, individuals and third party advisers on aspects of trusteeship, acquisitions and disposals, matrimonial, employment and insolvency issues, and interpretation of scheme documents.
She has experience of dispute resolution before the Pensions Ombudsman, OPAS and the Pensions Regulator, involving final salary, money purchase, industry-wide, personal, stakeholder schemes and UURBS schemes.
She is a Director of Trustee Solutions Limited, which provides independent pension trustee and pension scheme secretarial services. She is a member of the Committee of the Independent Pension Trustees Group.
Susan is President of the Pensions Management Institute. She is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
