Tony is a Partner specialising in the financial institutions and is Head of Financial Products based in London.
He has considerable experience advising global banks, insurers and intermediaries on lending structures and debt and non-debt products across a range of sectors. He is also known for his expertise in clearing and settlement arrangements including CREST.
During the Financial Crisis he spent twelve months as Senior Counsel to the Financial Institutions Group of a global bank providing him with a unique insight into the impact caused on correspondent banking.
He is described in Legal 500 for 2010 by his clients as being 'superb'.
Tony is a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association.
