Victoria is a Partner specialising in property. She is involved in a broad cross section of commercial property work and acts predominantly for university, public sector, charity and developer clients. Victoria heads up Pinsent Masons’ Universities Estates team, under the overall leadership of Nicola Hart. She has a particular expertise in student accommodation developments.
Victoria has recently worked on transactions for the Universities of Durham, Leeds, Liverpool, London and Manchester, Leeds Metropolitan University and DEFRA, and latterly been part of the successful pitch teams to the Universities of Leicester and Sunderland and City University.
