William is a Partner with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate finance work and also in acquisition finance, general corporate lending, asset-based lending, loan sales and purchases, private banking, securities lending, repo and OTC derivative contracts.
In addition, William has particular expertise in debt restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency. He advises financial institutions and other creditors on debt restructures, debt-for-equity swaps and enforcement action, including the appointment of administrators and Law of Property Act receivers.
