Andrew is a Partner in our Corporate Group and is head of client relationships for the Advanced Manufacturing & Technology Services sector. He deals with the full range of corporate activities for technology companies.
Andrew specialises in technology focussed M&A and private equity work, including MBOs, MBIs and fundraisings from seed capital through to an IPO. Andrew has acted for some of the largest privately owned and publicly quoted technology companies on M&A transactions both in the UK and internationally. He also handles venture capital fundraisings of all kinds, acting for vendors, institutions and management teams.
