Nick is a Partner in the Infrastructure Group and is head of client relationships for the Infrastructure Services sector.
He has 20 years experience as a corporate/commercial lawyer and specialises in structuring and negotiating all forms of corporate and contractual joint ventures alliances; PPPs and other long term partnering arrangements and outsourcings. Nick has particular expertise in structuring and implementing innovative models for the delivery of regeneration schemes and for leveraging public sector assets/estate rationalisation and services partnerships.
