Tom is a Partner in our Corporate Group and Head of Client Relationships for Core Industires & Markets. Specialising in private equity, he has experience of the full range of transactional work for private equity clients, including public to privates, management buyouts and buy-ins, institutional buyouts and mergers and acquisitions. He spent time on secondment in New York with Ropes & Gray, where he gained experience in US mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities' laws.
Tom’s recent clients include Risk Capital Partners, Foundation Investment Partners LLP, ITV, Sky, Channel 4, Channel 5, Viacom, Virgin Media, Jack Wills, SweatyBetty, the management of Agent Provocateur, JAC Travel and TransLinc.
