Alison is a senior associate who has experience of all aspects of general corporate and corporate finance work including start ups, group reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and MBOs/MBIs. Alison also has experience of advising on regulatory and compliance issues, advising clients in the banking, insurance and asset management sectors on financial services matters.
