Amy is a senior associate specialising in UK/EU competition law. She advises on all aspects of UK/EU mergers and has experience in undertaking notifications to the competition authorities. She advises clients across a range of sectors including construction, transport, insurance and retail in relation to cartel, abuse of dominance and regulatory investigations (including attending dawn raids), market studies and investigations, and on appeals before the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Amy also produces bespoke compliance programmes for clients, including delivering training and advises on the day-to-day compliance of commercial arrangements.
