Angela is a senior associate who advises in relation to both strategic and delivery public/private partnerships across a number of areas, including the creation/regeneration of property assets and shared services.
Angela also advises on commercial contracts across numerous industries and sectors, ranging from strategic, high value and long term arrangements, joint ventures and consortia through to day-to-day trading agreements.
