Dually qualified as a lawyer in both New Zealand and England, Anne-Marie started her career working mainly in construction litigation before moving to a purely transactional advisory role advising a mixture of SPVs, funders, contractors and public authorities. Her extensive and varied experience in respect of both project-financed and non-project financed transactions, often on high profile and/or complex projects, across a range of sectors including waste, construction, transport (with a focus on rail), FM, retail, health and defence, is testament to her versatile and flexible skills base.
