Christine is a senior associate specialising in corporate and business tax, and employee share incentive schemes. She advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, reorganisations, property tax issues including VAT and SDLT as well as advising on the tax aspects of Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and Venture Capital Trust (VCT) investments.
She also advises in relation to a broad range of employee share incentive schemes and employee benefit trust arrangements. Her experience includes advising in relation to the share schemes aspects of a number of acquisitions, public takeovers and IPOs.
Christine is a member of the Global Equity Organisation (GEO) and the Share Plan Lawyers' Group.
