About Deborah

Deborah is a senior associate who has specialised in pensions law for over 10 years and advises both employers and trustees of occupational pension schemes on all aspects of pensions law including advising on the closure of schemes to the accrual of benefits and on amending benefits for future service; scheme wind-ups; scheme mergers and Pension Regulator matters.  She also regularly advises on pensions issues arising out of public to private transfers and outsourcing contracts.  Deborah also has considerable experience of providing advice relating to personal pensions, small self administered schemes and SIPPs.

Before joining Pinsent Masons Deborah spent 5 years working in the legal department of a major UK insurance company where she specialised in pensions law.
