Elaine is a senior associate who is experienced in a wide range of corporate transactions and re-organisations (particularly where structuring advice is required on limited partnerships). Elaine also assists private businesses on their corporate administration and governance issues.
Elaine advises on investments into funds in a wide variety of asset classes including private equity fund of funds, real estate, mezzanine and buy-outs. Elaine regularly instructs and manages lawyers in other jurisdictions in order to provide advice to UK-based investors on offshore fund structures.
