Frances is a senior associate working predominantly on real estate finance matters whilst having experience of advising clients on acquisition financings and general corporate lending on both bilateral and syndicated transactions. Frances has developed significant relationships within the London real estate finance market following her year secondment with the Global Banking Real Estate Finance team at HSBC Bank plc. Frances acts for a number of banks including HSBC, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland.
