Francesca specialises in construction and engineering law, with a particular emphasis on international arbitration. She also has experience with other dispute resolution processes, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation. She has advised employers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors in a range of major infrastructure and building projects, including airports, roads, hotels and commercial and residential premises.
Her experience also includes providing project counsel on contractual matters, as well as commercial and strategic advice, during project delivery and in respect of ongoing and long term projects.
Francesca is qualified in both Australia and England & Wales.
