Gavin’s clients include trustees and sponsoring employers of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes as well as public sector clients including third sector, local authority, governmental bodies and universities. Gavin advises on the full range of pension issues arising but has a specialism in advising private sector clients on their obligations under public sector outsourcing contracts and advising corporate clients on acquisitions and disposals.
