Heidi is a senior associate providing advice on a variety of issues, including all aspects of landlord and tenant; enforcement of missives; Lands Tribunal applications and dilapidations disputes. Heidi also advises on product liability issues and co-authored (with Jacqueline Harris) the Scottish chapter of the International Comparative Guide to Product Liability for several years.
In addition to a general commercial litigation portfolio Heidi advises on environmental issues providing practical advice and guidance and has unique experience advising oil companies dealing with non- governmental organisation interference.
