Helen is a Senior Associate who advises on a wide range of pension scheme issues, including:
Amendment, re-structuring and closure of schemes; Member queries and dispute resolution; Scheme mergers and business transfers (including those involving public sector employees); Investment management and custody agreements; Employer cessation and funding; and Pensions regulatory and governance issues.
Helen is a committee member for the Midlands Association of Pension Lawyers Group, which hosts regular educational seminars for lawyers and other pension professionals.
