Ian acts for a wide variety of clients across a number of different sectors, including the pharmaceutical, construction and financial services industries. Ian advises on all areas of employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has experience in handling unfair dismissal, discrimination, and other employment tribunal claims and likes to conduct his own advocacy wherever possible. Ian has a particular interest in TUPE and regularly advises clients in corporate and commercial transactions.
