Ishbel is a senior associate working as a professional support lawyer. As a practicing litigator, she has advised clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual and corporate litigation. She has a particular expertise in relation to professional negligence, having advised both institutional pursuers and insurance-backed defenders in a wide range of professional claims including actions against surveyors, accountants and architects.
Ishbel regularly dealt with property related matters, including keep-open clauses; missive enforcement actions and landlord/tenant disputes.
