Jack specialises in providing risk management and dispute resolution advice to clients across the construction and engineering industries. Jack’s experience includes major infrastructure projects principally in the power and oil & gas sectors, and large multi-use commercial developments.
Jack has led teams acting in High Court litigation, arbitration and adjudication, and has considerable experience in large, complex, multi-party disputes. He regularly provides advice to clients during the life cycle of projects both in the UK and internationally. Jack also has significant experience dealing with insurance policy coverage issues in relation to construction PI, PL and CAR insurance.
Jack regularly provides seminars on issues affecting the construction sector and runs interactive workshops to assist clients with risk management issues.
