Jamie is a senior associate who specialises in advising on public law and infrastructure work and has a particular expertise in public procurement law, European State aid law, statutory powers and freedom of information. Jamie advises a range of public and private sector clients on the procurement of infrastructure and transport solutions throughout the UK. Clients include local authorities, regional development agencies, utilities and central government.
Jamie also advises private sector clients of how to avail themselves of their rights when tendering for public sector or utilities contracts.
