Jane advises a wide range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including discrimination, grievances and disciplinary issues, absence and performance management, dismissals, TUPE and restrictive covenants. Jane also advises clients in the agency and temporary worker sector.
Jane undertook a 15 month secondment to the in-house employment law team at a leading accountancy firm where she provided specialist employment law advice and support to HR, recruitment professionals and the business.
Jane is regularly involved in designing and delivering training packages for clients.
