Jon is a Senior Associate specialising in tax. He advises on a wide range of corporate tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He also advises extensively on property taxation (with a particular focus on VAT and SDLT), employment taxation and employee share schemes.
Jon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
