Jonathan is a Senior Associate with a background in Civil Engineering. Jonathan has considerable experience in his core practice of dispute resolution and has represented clients in adjudication, arbitration and the courts as well as drafting and negotiating building contracts, warranties, professional appointments and security documents.
He has extensive knowledge of all forms of Standard Contracts including JCT, NEC and FIDIC.
Jonathan also presents training to clients on all aspects of construction law, commercial awareness and risk management.
