Kirsty is a senior associate with experience in a broad range of finance and banking work, including debt finance, restructurings, syndicated lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance and asset finance. She also has extensive experience advising on Scottish aspects of cross border and international transactions including funding in relation to cross border restructurings and providing legal opinions in relation to such matters.
Kirsty regularly advises major UK and foreign financial institutions, as well as borrowers, US and London 'magic circle' law firms on Scottish aspects of multi jurisdictional financing.
