Leah is a senior associate using her knowledge, gained through years of advising a wide variety of clients, to focus exclusively on the design and delivery of client training.
Leah uses her experience as an advocate in the employment tribunals to train HR managers and other 'front line' staff on key issues such as handling capability and absence problems, managing redundancy/re-organisations, TUPE and equality laws. She also develops workshops and practical tools for operational managers to highlight discriminatory behaviours and develop a risk management approach to handling their employment law responsibilities.
