Maria is a Senior Associate who's key focus is to ensure that the knowledge and training activities in her group are aligned with business objectives, while promoting internal efficiency and technical excellence, so as to improve client service. Maria supports clients through technical training events and advising clients in relation to their own Knowledge Management activities.
Examples include face to face training, video briefings, e-learning programmes, undertaking specialised briefings and/or research projects. Maria also works with clients to co-ordinate projects involving consultation papers and horizon scanning.
Maria provides regular briefings to clients on the latest developments in employment law, contributes to HRNTV and provides articles and commentary for the national press on employment issues.
Maria was previously a Partner at a large law firm and uses the vast experience she has gained from working with organisations in the public and private sector to deliver practical and commercial solutions for clients.
