Nicola is a senior associate advising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues both in the public and private sector (particularly in Higher Education). Nicola specialises in complex employment litigation in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and in the civil courts, including judicial reviews. Nicola has extensive experience of advising clients in respect of complex discrimination matters, as well as large-scale redundancies, TUPE and changes to terms and conditions. Nicola regularly provides bespoke training for clients.
