Nicole is a Senior Associate advising on a wide range of corporate matters including domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and reorganisations. This has involved acting for a broad range of public and private companies in a variety of sectors particularly energy, manufacturing and technology. Nicole's clients include Alstom, E.ON and Homeserve.
Nicole has had the benefit of a number of secondments with our key clients and continues to work closely with these clients advising them on corporate matters.
